Chore Ministry
Volunteers help the elderly and the disabled to maintain independence in their own homes by providing for their needs. Some basic chores include shopping, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, and yard work. Training provided through Catholic Community Services.
Eucharistic Minister: (Visitation to Sick and Home bound)
Provides Communion to the sick and the home bound of our Parish community at least once a week.
Eucharistic Minister: ( Hospital Ministry to the Sick)
Volunteers bring Communion to the sick in the hospitals on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The ministry uses teams of phone callers and Eucharistic ministers. Training provided.
Funeral Reception: Mary Ann Smith 425-255-3132
Provide receptions after funerals. Teams of volunteers provide setup, food preparation and cleanup at receptions. .

The goal of the team is to educate the Parish about issues concerning social need, in order to motivate people toward action. Projects involve education of the parish on issues that affect the common good, distributing the Catholic Advocate, supporting Way Back Inn and other worthy causes.
Sunday Drivers Call Mary Ann Smith 425-255-3132 x2238
This ministry involves driving a neighbor to Mass on Saturday or Sunday. Some volunteers also drive the parish van to a retirement center to receive passengers.

The "Yellow Pages" Classified Job Bank of our parish provides an opportunity for parishioners to share needs and services; need phone caller and ad writer. Printed monthly.
