Assessment Team
Provides Gifts assessment to people seeking to discern God's work in their lives, as well as their own passion or calling. Volunteers provide workshops and an inventory to help parishioners discern their spiritual gifts.
Core Team
Provide vision and leadership for GIFTS Ministry in our Parish. The team is composed of a group of 8-12 individuals. Among the diverse selection of gifts needed are administration, leadership, service, pastoring, teaching, healing, and hospitality. Membership is by invitation. Training is provided.
Interviewers
Volunteers interview individuals who are seeking to discern more clearly their spiritual gifts, and help them identify where and how their gifts may be shared in the community. Placement into ministry is a follow-up to interview. Special training provided.
Ministry Opportunities
Provide the Parish with accurate descriptions of ministries available at St. Anthony or in the broader community. Volunteers will update information before publishing a new Ministry Brochure.
