Private Celebrations
on Parish Premises

Implemented by the Pastoral Council in 1996

1. Because of the limited space available on our campus and especially because the Parish Hall is already being used to its full capacity, no private celebrations of any kind may take place within the Parish facilities, so long as this shortage of space exists.

2. A celebration on the Parish premises may be organized only by the leadership of the Parish or by the leadership of a group, ministry, or program approved by the Parish and supervised by a staff member.

3. An individual or a group of individuals not belonging to the Parish or to an approved group, ministry, or program may not initiate, request, or organize any kind of celebration, not even for a fee.

4. A member or group of members of an approved group, ministry, or program may not have their own personal celebrations such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries, etc., under the auspices of the group, ministry, or program to which they claim to belong, not even if the celebration would be open for everyone.

5. An individual parishioner or a group of individual parishioners may not have their own personal celebrations, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries, etc., on the grounds that they belong to the Parish, not even if the celebration would be open for everyone.
