Hispanic Serra Club of Renton, WA
The First Hispanic Serra Club in the United States began at St. Anthony Church with the Charter Mass celebrated by Archbishop Alex J. Brunett together with Auxiliary Bishop Eusebio Elizondo.
The Objectives of Serra are:
1. To strengthen and promote vocation to the ministerial priesthood in the Catholic Church as a personal vocation of service and to offer help to priests in their sacred ministry.
2. To strengthen and affirm vocations to the consecrated religious life in the Catholic Church.
3. To help Serrans to recognize and and show in their own lives the call of God to sanctity in Jesus Christ and through the Holy Spirit."
